These terms govern your use of the Vision Scan application, SDK and services.
Approved and in effect
Acceptance
By using Vision Scan you agree to the terms in the executed customer agreement. This page is a summary and does not replace that agreement.
Permitted use
You may use Vision Scan to support receiving, traceability and related workflows for your authorized products and tenants. You remain responsible for operator review and backend validation of receiving data.
Subscription and devices
Service is provided under a monthly or annual active-device subscription. Device entitlement is granted only from verified billing state in the backend control plane.
Your data
Normal scan processing runs on-device by default. Optional uploads require your explicit consent and use encrypted, authenticated channels. See the Privacy page for details.
Responsible use
Do not use Vision Scan to access or modify data you are not authorized to handle. Report vulnerabilities through the responsible disclosure program.
