Support matrix

Release-specific evaluation, preview, experimental, and unsupported platform status.

Support tiers

Every platform below carries one of six tiers. Start with the tier name, then read the platform sections for what it means for your device.

CERTIFIED
Validated on the named device/OS with Vision Scan acceptance evidence on file.
SUPPORTED
Supported and intended for production use; full validation evidence is being collected.
EVALUATION
Available as a signed tenant evaluation kit; not certified for general availability.
PREVIEW
Available for early evaluation; API and behaviour may change before general availability.
EXPERIMENTAL
Exploratory support under active development; not for production commitments.
UNSUPPORTED
Explicitly out of scope for the current product plan.

For the per-platform view — Android evaluation, Zebra evaluation, iOS/Linux preview, Cloud REST experimental — see the SDK catalog status table. Start with the Android quickstart or the Zebra quickstart — both target the evaluation-tier platforms above.
